Atari 2600 ออกแบบในปี 1982 Apple TV ออกแบบในปี 2007 บังเอิญ ? จงใจ ? แอบขโมยไอเดีย ? ไม่มีใครรู้หรอกน่า... อาจจะไม่ใช่ก็ได้แค่เอาภาพมาให้ดูเล่นๆเห็นช่วงนี้กำลังโดนฟ้องเรื่องขโมยภาพ Wall of Videos จากคนอื่นมาใช้ใน Apple TV ในภาพข้างบนเป็นแพคเกจเครื่องเล่นเกมส์ Atari 2600 ที่ออกแบบเอาไว้ตั้งแต่ปี 1982 ส่วนภาพหลังเป็นของ Apple TV ปี 2007 ลองสังเกตดีๆนะค่ะว่าจัดเลย์เอ๊าท์เหมือนกันเด๊ะ Position ก็ตรงเป๊ะแม้แต่โทนและระดับความเข้มของแสง ระดับมุมของภาพที่จอ Video Wall ด้านหลังจะโค้งและที่พื้นด้านล่างของ Video Wall จะเป็นโทนเข้มมีเงาเพื่อให้มี Spotlight มาส่องสินค้าตรงกลางเพื่อให้เกิดความเด่นและ Contrast กับ Video Wall ด้านหลังแล้วดูมุมกล้องสิค่ะช่างบังเอิญไปหมดแม้แต่การใช้ Video Wall เป็นพื้นหลังแต่เรื่อง Video Wall ก็กำลังเจออีกคดีนึงอยู่ ซึ่งไม่เกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้อันนี้เป็นแค่ช่วงสาระแนจัง OK. I’ll admit it. I was checking out EBay this morning for an Atari 2600 for my kids. One of the listings caught my attention… A coincidence no? Another not so obvious similarity is that the Apple TV and Atari 2600 have about the same amount of on-board storage! Someone needs to be held accountable for this… Engadget is reporting that Apple are being sued by a Colorado based photographer for copyright violation of a photograph he allegedly took. Clearly this Atari plagiarism is rampant! Oh, and in case Apple is reading this and feeling very relieved that my discovery has let them off the hook - you’re welcome.
