O2 ที่อังกฤษเริ่มขายไอโฟน 3จีเครื่องเปล่าแล้ว รวมทั้งร้าน Carphone Warehouse แต่ดูแล้วการจะซื้อเครื่องเปล่ามาใช้จะไม่ง่ายเหมือนที่คิดอีกแล้วเพราะเขาจำกัดให้ซื้อได้คนละเครื่องเท่านั้นแถมยังล็อคเครือข่ายไว้อีก นั่นก็หมายความว่าเราซื้อเครื่องเปล่าที่อังกฤษได้จริงแต่ก็ยังคงต้องเอามาปลดล็อคโดยใช้ซิมปลดล็อค เพราะปัจจุบันยังไม่มีโปรแกรมปลดล็อคออกมาให้ได้ใช้กัน
Orders will be sent to the address at which you were credit checked or to the Carphone Warehouse store that you have selected. โดยคนที่จะซื้อใช้ที่โน่นจะต้องเปลี่ยนซิมใหม่ แต่ถ้าอยากใช้เบอร์เดิมต้องทำเรื่องขอใช้เบอร์เดิมโดยใช้เวลาประมาณ 2 วัน ส่วนใครที่คิดจะเอาไปใช้กับเครือข่ายอื่นหรือใส่ซิมอื่นเครื่องจะใช้ไม่ได้ ถ้าอยากใช้ต้องเอาไปปลดล็อคก่อน และที่ O2 มีแพลนเติมเงินขั้นต่ำสุดคือเดือนละ 10 ปอนด์ (แต่ใน Carphone Warehouse บอก 30 ปอนด์) และได้ใช้เน็ตฟรี 1 ปี
แต่ถึงกระนั้นเราคงไม่ได้ไปสนใจเรื่อง Plan ต่างๆ มากมายเพราะเราคงซื้อมาแล้วก็เอาไปใช้กับเครือข่ายอื่นกัน เพราะอย่าลืมว่าเครื่องเปล่าที่ขายในอังกฤษมันยังมีข้อดีอยู่คือเรื่อง “ราคา” เพราะถือว่าถูกมากถ้าไปเทียบกับเครื่องเปล่าในประเทศอื่นๆ เช่นที่ออสเตรเลียและฮ่องกง ซึ่ง iPhone 3G เครื่องเปล่าที่อังกฤษ 8GB ราคา 20,823 บาท (£350) และ 16GB ราคา 23,793 บาท (£400) แล้วก็บวกภาษีไปอีกนิดหน่อย แต่ก็ถือว่ายังถูกกว่าที่อื่นอยู่ดี

ใช้ซิมปลดล็อคทั่วไปที่ขายอยู่ทั่วไปในตอนนี้ได้ใช่มั้ยคับ

ใช้ได้สิค่ะ ลองดูซิมยี่ห้อที่มีคนใช้กันเยอะๆ แล้วยืนยันว่าใช้ได้จริงอ่ะค่ะ
หลังจากหิ้วเข้ามาในไทยแล้วก็ซื้อซิมอันล๊อก ก็ใช้ได้เลยใช่มั้ยครับ เพราะว่าผมกำลังฝากเพื่อนซื้อมาจากที่โน่น อยากรู้ขั้นตอนหน่อยอะครับว่าต้องทำไงบ้าง
ใส่ซิมปลดล็อคแล้วใช้ได้เลยค่ะ
